• Lower Toxicity. Unlike many other waxes, beeswax is all natural and does not produce toxic byproducts when burned. Some types of candles, like paraffin, are known to produce chemicals that are carcinogenic, but not beeswax!

• Light. Beeswax produce the brightest, purest light of any candles and are closest to natural sunlight.

• Neutralizing Pollutants. Beeswax produces negative ions when burned. These ions help to eliminate dust, odors and mold in the atmosphere. Helping to ease allergy and asthma symptoms.

Our candles are hand-painted and made with beeswax so cleaning them is a bit more intricate than most candle vessels. First, bring some water to boil in a pot and pour it into the jar. You should see the wax bubble and start to lift to the top. Beeswax has a higher melting point than other waxes so getting all of the wax to lift will take a few steps. Once you stop seeing the wax being lifted to the top, you will still have some wax at the bottom. You can place the jar into the microwave and heat for 5-15 seconds. Keep repeating this until you start to see the wax lift again. Make sure to not heat it up for more than 15 seconds each time to prevent the glass from breaking. Once the wax has all lifted, wait for it to cool for an hour. After an hour, slowly push down the cooled wax into the water to lift it up and pull it out. Use the leftover wax for wax melts! When the wax is out of the jar, wipe the inside with a paper towel and take out the wick holder/sticker. Then, use dish soap and COLD water to remove any wax remnants. The art is covered with a few layers of sealant so as long as you use cold water the clouds will stay intact! After a few scrubs your jar should be completely clean and ready to be displayed or for a re-fill!

3. If you’ve entered an invalid address at checkout.

   1. If you realize that you placed an order with an invalid address, email me BEFORE your order ships out and I will cancel the order and refund you. 

   2. After your order ships out I am no longer responsible for the invalid address associated with the order. The order will arrive to the address that is entered in at checkout. 

Cancellations can be done anytime BEFORE your order ships.

Once you receive your tracking information, your order has been dispatched and can NO longer be cancelled. 

If you order from the Cloud 9 Exclusive Shop and are not a Cloud 9 Member your order will automatically be cancelled and you will be refunded.
